		<description>Lynne, it really does make a difference, and believe it or not, the clean-up is really easy, too. I just soak my pans overnight and give them a quick wash in the morning.</description>

		<description>I never did think about it, but now that you mention it, I have noticed most of the cooking shows or segments I've caught on tv have the chefs using stainless steel pans... *now* I know why!  :)</description>
